Process

Before a Claim

Make/keep a record of your possessions. The best way to inventory your home and contents is to use a video camera or take pictures of each room. If those options are not available keep a simple list of items and include the original receipts if possible as well as any repair receipts. If possible store the video, pictures, or list of items and receipts at an off-site location such as a safety deposit box. This information is important in the event of a covered loss to support the value of your settlement.

Report the claim at the above number. We are available 24/7. You will receive a return call from an adjuster that same day if possible and no later than the following day. Take photos of any damaged area if possible and protect/separate any undamaged property. Create a detailed list of all damaged and destroyed items; our adjusters can assist in this process. Do not destroy or dispose of any property, unless it is unsafe to keep that property, as the adjuster will want to see it when he/she inspects the damage.
